Starbucks Korea’s winter menu and e-Frequency gifts: what to choose
Toffee, apricot tea lattes, and Christmas food, plus LEXON speakers, Moleskine planners, and how winter e-Frequency redemption works.
Choosing Starbucks Korea’s winter menu might mean deciding between a familiar Toffee Nut Latte and a new tea latte. The Christmas season launched on October 22, 2026, with two coffee drinks and two teas. Start with the flavor you want today: toffee and nuts, butterscotch, fruit, or apricot and fragrant tea.
Coffee: toffee or butterscotch?
The Toffee Nut Latte combines toffee and nut flavors with a brown toffee-nut topping: a starting point for a familiar winter coffee. The Winter Scotch Vanilla Latte pairs espresso with butterscotch sauce and coffee cream. Both are sweet lattes, but their central flavors differ.
If you are torn, think about whether you want a toffee-and-nut topping or cream and butterscotch with coffee. The ingredients also help when pairing dessert. You can repeat the same flavors in your drink and cake, or choose contrasting ingredients.
The two teas are different, too
For a red fruit-based drink, consider Classic Vin Chaud Hibiscus Tea. Starbucks describes a nonalcoholic combination of a red-wine-flavored base, fruit, and hibiscus tea. The standard hot Tall recipe lists 0 mg of caffeine.
Apricot Joyful Medley Tea Latte puts apricot and jasmine notes into a gentle latte. Joyful Medley blends black tea, jasmine green tea, and oolong. If you remember a summer shaken tea, note that this seasonal version is a tea latte.
To compare caffeine, use the figures below: official values for the standard hot Tall, 355 ml recipe. Recheck the nutrition information if you change the size or customization.
| Drink | Main flavors and ingredients | Caffeine |
|---|---|---|
| Toffee Nut Latte | Toffee, nut notes, and topping | 75 mg |
| Winter Scotch Vanilla Latte | Butterscotch sauce, coffee cream, espresso | 100 mg |
| Classic Vin Chaud Hibiscus Tea | Fruit and hibiscus; nonalcoholic | 0 mg |
| Apricot Joyful Medley Tea Latte | Apricot and jasmine-scented blended tea latte | 80 mg |
A cake to share, or bread for a meal?
The Nutella chocolate fresh-cream cake is an option for sharing. This mini whole cake combines chocolate castella, hazelnut cream, Nutella spread, and chocolate, with an 11.5 cm diameter. It comes in a cake box for takeaway. Think about whether you want an individual dessert or a small cake for the table.
For a small bread accompaniment, there is Nutella baguette salt bread, combining buttery salt bread and Nutella. The official recommendation is to warm it and eat it promptly. The Beef Melt Baguette Sandwich, meanwhile, contains beef filling, Colby Jack cheese, roasted onion, and bell pepper. Choose according to whether you want a sweet treat or something closer to a meal.
Christmas-shaped desserts join the seasonal menu: Rudolph Cookie Cheesecake, Santa Red Velvet Cheesecake, Tree Matcha Crunch Cake, and Snowman Macaron. Check the chosen store’s Siren Order screen for its selection and remaining stock, and each product’s information for allergens.
Tree Matcha Crunch Cake layers matcha ganache cream, matcha cream, and chocolate crunch. Santa Red Velvet Cheesecake combines red velvet sponge and cream cheese; Snowman Macaron combines chocolate and praline. Choose a shape you like, then compare what is inside.
Consider whether to share a mini whole Nutella cake or let everyone choose a different slice. Chocolate and hazelnut, matcha, and cream cheese lead to different choices. For the drink alongside, compare coffee’s toffee or butterscotch with tea’s fruit or jasmine notes.
Winter e-Frequency: what do 17 drinks earn?
Winter e-Frequency runs from October 22 through December 31, 2026. Collect stickers by purchasing 17 prepared drinks, including three mission drinks, then reserve one of eight standard gift options in the app. All four winter drinks featured here count as mission drinks.
The LEXON portable speaker is the loop-equipped Mino T, in green or pink. Bags include an ivory small corduroy bag, a green medium corduroy bag, and a canvas tote: consider how much you carry and how you carry it. Moleskine planners come as a dated 2027 Daily or an Undated planner. Choose between daily entries and writing only when you need to.
Additional gifts have separate requirements after completing the initial 17 drinks: five more drinks for a mini notebook keyring, or 10 more for a book cover. Keyring reservations begin October 30; book cover reservations begin November 19. Keep the standard gift requirements and the extra gift requirements and opening dates distinct.
All gifts have limited quantities. Complete the stickers → reserve the item, pickup date, and store in the latest app → visit on that date. Both reservation and pickup must be completed by December 31. Check the app for item availability and dates; if fully reserved, see whether a cancellation waitlist is available. Designs and specifications appear in the official gift guide.
These editorial images combine official menu and gift photos with Christmas café or table settings and explanatory labels. See the actual items in Starbucks’ seasonal menu and e-Frequency gift guide. Requests to correct or change image attribution will be reviewed and addressed.
Choose today’s drink and food first, then consider e-Frequency through the stickers you already have and a gift you would use. Thinking about both your taste and how you would use an item for the coming year makes the choice easier.
